June 29, Friday
Everyone looked forward to this day---the last day of the Chapter! To begin the day, the members of the Chapter gathered for Morning Prayer animated by the US Delegation. Then the session started earlier than usual so as to maximize time. All the documents of the different commissions/offices were presented for approval. The evaluation of the Chapter was then made through writing and then a brief sharing followed. The Chapter was officially close and then the Eucharist was celebrated with most of the Religious of the US Delegation present.
After the mass, there was a shared lunch in the conference room of the new Campus Ministry Building.

June 28, Thursday
The day began with a mass and the Morning Prayer animated by the lay-religious alliance. This was probably the most exhausting day for the members of the Chapter. The entire day was mostly dedicated to the corrections and discussion of the document on the Orientations and Provincial Legislation. Aside from this main task, other documents on the MADO, the mission of the Office for the Development for the Charism and the Alliance were presented for the second time for review and final discussion in preparation for the voting on the last day.
Then, the election of the Council of the Delegation was done towards the end of the afternoon. As usual, the day ended with Evening Prayer animated by the lay delegates and dinner followed.

The presentation of the document on the Orientations and Provincial Legislation was the focus of the morning session. The members of the Chapter were given time to personally study it and then went to different language groups for further review and discussion.
Two documents on the Provincial Apostolic Priorities and on the Office for the Development of the Charism were presented to the group in the afternoon session.
