Home WHAT’S NEW VOCATION COORDINATOR HIRED
|
It is with great pleasure that the Assumptionists welcome Nicholas Collura to be the Vocation Coordinator for the U.S. Territory. Most directly, he will be working with the Vocation Director, Bro. Ronald Sibugan, A.A. and the Vocation Committee which also includes: Fr. Joseph Zhang, A.A., Bro. Blair Nuyda, A.A., Tomasz Jaster and Sr. Clare Bertero, O.S.F. The office for this newly created position will be located in Worcester.
A native of Massachusetts, Nicholas studied film and literature at Yale and at the University of Paris before receiving a Masters of Divinity from the Boston College School of Theology and Ministry in 2014. In the past, he has served as a Jesuit volunteer at an urban parish in San Antonio, Texas, and as a hospital chaplain at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He has lived at the Assumptionist Center in Brighton for two years and is most enthusiastic at the prospect of furthering the congregation's life and mission. Nicholas looks forward to meeting more of the Assumption family in the near future. Welcome Nicholas!
