Prayer is the practice of the presence of God. It is the place where pride is abandoned, hope is lifted, and supplication is made. Prayer is the place of admitting our need, of adopting humility, and claiming dependence upon God. Prayer is the needful practice of the Christian. Prayer is the exercise of faith and hope. Prayer is the privilege of touching the heart of the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7

Father, in Your mercy, hear our prayers.

Healing for my marriage
Healing for my marriage, that the Lords truth and true love will pierce the heart of my husband Timothy. That he is willing to let go of his pride and let The Lord lead him, heal him, love him, forgive him, deepen his faith, show him how to be family. That I may know how to be a good and loving wife, honoring and serving my husband, being a source of healing between him and my family. That true and selfless love would pierce our hearts and that Christ would be the center of our marriage. That we would cling to each other and to The Lord, not forsaking others, but holding them up and being a source of strength for others as The Lord will strengthen us and may He truly give us all peace as we trust in Him, surrender to Him, believe all that He promises, and recieve what He has for us.
