Prayer is the practice of the presence of God. It is the place where pride is abandoned, hope is lifted, and supplication is made. Prayer is the place of admitting our need, of adopting humility, and claiming dependence upon God. Prayer is the needful practice of the Christian. Prayer is the exercise of faith and hope. Prayer is the privilege of touching the heart of the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7

Father, in Your mercy, hear our prayers.

Greatest Mercy Ever Please Help!
God showed me that I was possessed by demons after reading St. Catherine of Siena\'s Dialogue. I tried reading the bible, going to confession, using Holy Water and nothing helped. The attacks have never ceased. I have learned that demons can greatly influence your thoughts and emotions. Since then I am constantly at war with the demons in my head trying to have good thoughts. Because I have been very unsuccessful at fighting the bad thoughts, when they put bad thoughts in my head I either give in and feel helpless and hopeless or I get mad and end up doing their suggestion so needless to say I got mad at God and I cursed infinite mercy an infinite number of times in an infinite number of ways and on a different occassion said I was finally in penitent. I keep crying out to God, I am infinitely sorry, I am eternally sorry, I absolutely do not want to be finally inpenitent and reject God and his mercy. I am hoping a million prayers will help!
